Squat challenge

Anyone ever had result from just doing one of these challenges and not anything else? I don’t wanna do it all and not see results is all 😂 I’m a new mum (4mo pp) and don’t have a gym membership and weather in the UK is too unpredictable to take

My baby out for a walk every day, I’ve been trying to exercise several times a week but I’m still weak. But I hate my ass and stomach the most, my stomach is ruined by stretch marks so trying to get a better ass lol hopefully distract from the stomach

The thought of even counting to 250 sounds daunting 😂😂

Also I know they say to do it all in one rep, but as I’m so weak was thinking of staggering over a day ... it’s also an exercise I can do while holding the baby
