Help please

I’m 19 years old pregnant with twins (di/di) girls! I am 33 weeks this coming Monday. I am 75% effaced and last night and this morning I am feeling a lot of pressure in my vagina and itching. It’s really swollen. I have been nauseous and have had super bad heartburn for about 14 hours now. When I pee clumps of white/cream colored stuff is in the toilet. I have had Braxton Hicks occasionally and my stomach keeps getting super hard with a super mild back ache. Am I going to go into labor soon? Should I prepare my self?
