Are these contractions or something else? Dull period type pain in lower back

That’s what I’ve been getting also for the past couple of days, dull period like cramps as well as lower back pain. I’m currently 35w2d. They happen off and on through out the day.

Could be. See if they get worse or wrap around your whole stomach as well
