Fever - almost 8 month old

So since last night my girl has had a low grade fever that will break with Tylenol and wants me and nursing all day. Could this be teething or something else? My son just slept a lot when he was getting teeth. My friends said that this happened with their kids. Just wondering if other mamas are going through with This with their baby right now. It’s heartbreaking.
