Confused???

I don't really know what this means? This app tells me I'm ovulating today but I believe it was Wednesday due to having cm like egg white ..today I have creamy cm and it don't make sense.. so how do I keep track of days of ovulation?

Yes listen to your body the app had my ovulation on the 2nd. I bd'd on the 3rd. I woke up on the 5th having period like cramps and just feeling blah( my ovulation) Predicted period today cramps but no af. If she doesn't arrive by next week I'll be testing

The app just gives you an average date. In order to have more accurate results, try ovulation test strips and log the results to narrow down your fertile window. Otherwise, the app is just guessing.

Listen to your body and not the app! The app can only tell you when it thinks you will ovulate. If you want a better indication, try using and OPK. Good luck!
