So me and my boyfriend have been trying to conceive for almost a year now and recently I’ve been feeling a lot of heartburn and now I’m spotting a pink color. The only false hope is that I’m cramping as well. I usually irregular with my period which makes it so hard to tell. Has anyone had these symptoms before? Something I should go to the doctor for ? Just wait? I need help😅
