Too much exercise?
I used to workout 6x a week before getting pregnant. I miss working out but I’ve just been scared of causing something to go wrong. I’m 20 weeks now and had an in-depth talk with my doctor today who said it’s important to continue to exercise until there’s a reason not to. Is 4 or 5 times a week too much? Like a few days of weight training and a few days of walking?
