Shaving for the first time

So I shaved “down there” for the first time today but I didn’t shave it all, only the part around my actual vagina. It hurts when I walk a little so I’m not sure what this is?? Razor burn, ingrown hair, shake stubble, etc. Can someone lemme know what this is and what I can do to help the pain for now and future times I shave?
