For pumping mamas: Do you scald fresh breast milk before storing?
I was researching about the smell of breast milk when I landed on am article that says " Scalding fresh milk will stop the enzymes from breaking down the fat, preventing that soapy smell and taste. Scalding milk does reduce some of the beneficial components in breast milk"
Apparently this should be done before freezing the milk
