Im seriously starting to get frustrated due to the fact that my 11 month old “sleep training” has gone down the hill. Before she would usually fall asleep between 7:30pm-8:30pm I would just lay her down give her the bottle and that’s it. Now that she’s 11 months she’s giving me a hard time. There’s times where is past her bed time and she still running around. I would lay her down, feed her and nothing she will just cry and cry. I know she’s sleepy cause she would be rubbing her eyes and fighting with the sleep but still wont stop crying. The only way to call her down is holding her and she falling asleep on top of me and I really dnt want her to get use to that. What can I do??? Or is this just a phase???
