first job will i get fired?

so i just got my first job, and i’m super happy about it ! but i just found out i’m going to need surgery pretty soon 😕 and i don’t even begin to KNOW how i’m gonna explain to her what’s wrong. will i be fired ? my manager is super cool and nice, but i would have to be gone like a minimum of 2 weeks :(

They literally can’t fire you for that......
Just take a written out explanation from your doctor and give them enough advance notice to be polite.

Take the letter from the hospital and explain whats going on. Im sure they will be fine about it. In the end your health is more important than a job.
