Bleeding in early pregnacy

According to glow I’m 5 weeks 3 days. Haven’t been to the doctor yet as I am on holiday and not back for a few more days. Got a BFP 5 days ago and took another this morning and got a 2nd BFP. An hour later went to the loo for a number 2 (sorry tmi) and I had bright red blood in the bowl. I put on a pad and it’s clear (it’s been on an hour). As I’m on holiday and this is all new to me I’m freaking out - partners view is what’s meant to be will be and isn’t being supportive right now. Feeling pretty shitty to be honest!!
