Increase milk supply tips?

My SO & I may be going to an amusement park next week. We thought about taking our 8 month old but thought it may be better to leave him with his grandmother to prevent any sun burns or him over heating & things. I don't have any milk ready & can never really pump much milk. Any tips on how to increase my milk supply so I could have enough for the whole day?

Increase your water intake significantly and that should help! You could also eat oatmeal each day to help with it. And just pump often so that those little amounts can add up to the amount you’ll need.

My lo drinks me dry so I get lilttle opportunities to pump but I needed 3/4 bottles last Sunday and what I did was after I fed bubs about an hour after I pumped one side I would get about 2 oz sometimes 3 and I collected them for 3 days or so to make 3 full bottles of 7 oz each as my lo drinks that much a feed
