did plan b mess me up?

took a plan b In july (also on the pill i know i’m an idiot) had a normal period the following week like i was supposed to .. started my period this month also when i was supposed to but it was extremely light and only lasted 2/3 days .. any ideas? was it from the plan b? or could it be something else?

Girlfriend, you constantly ask these questions. I literally just answered one of your other posts recently. You’re fine! You’ve thrown a giant curveball of hormones, and now your body is yelling, “Ahh! What is this?!”

Did you not read the side effects listed on the pamphlet or use Google to read the side effects?

The pill stops you from ovulating anyway there was no need for plan B , yes the plan B messes up your body as your adding extra hormones on top of your pill , if your taking your pill correctly than you don’t need to take Plan B
