Nurse one side of both? Haakaa? Oatmeal?
I had the worst luck trying to breastfeed my first, so I am trying to gather as much info as possible to hopefully have better luck with my second baby coming this October. 👶🏻
After the baby is born, did you offer one breast or both at each feeding?
When should I be using the Haakaa I purchased? Like while baby eats on one side, use it on the other or? I’m kinda clueless.
A lot of people say oatmeal is good for your supply, does it matter what kind? Someone once told me that only steel cut oats work?
When should I start pumping to build a stash to return to work? I’m taking a full 12 weeks off.
I starved my first pretty much (she lost a pound in her first week of life) so I am terrified of the same thing happening this time 😫
Also, I still have my Spectra S2 from my first and a Medela FreeStyle Advanced...I’m thinking about getting the Spectra 9Plus portable pump this time...thoughts??
Any and all advice is welcome, I’ll probably be posting on here often 😅
