Been up from 3.45am with what started with mild cramps every 20mins or so. Went to pee and noticed my dark brown discharge that I had been having for almost a week had changed into pink spotting. Tried to get back over to sleep but got concerned as I hadn't felt baby move in a while.

Waited to 7am with only 2 slight movements. Called midwife who told me to come over. Monitored baby and all good and happy. One sweep and acupuncture later I am contracting every 5-6mins for 30seconds or so, been this way for few hours.

Is this the real thing or normal after sweep?
