So my husband are expecting a baby boy this November and we’re still trying to figure out a name for him. We both love Samuel and are leaning towards it but the only reason we haven’t picked it for sure is because we don’t want people to call him Sammy. 😖 No offense if your son is called this but we just don’t like it. Family members know we might pick this name and some are already trying to call him Sammy and I’m like “NO!” 😡 How do I pick this name for my son but keep people from nicknaming him Sammy??? Does your child have a name that people are constantly trying to shorten to something else? If so, how do you stop it?
