Did any pregnant ladies lose all symptoms at 10dpo & still get BFP?

I had sore nipples and breasts a few days ago with zings through them. My boobs swelled up a ton. Boob pain is normal for me but not that early. Also never had my nipples feel like that - one even formed a tiny blood red spot on it. Today at 10dpo its all gone.

Answer

When I was pregnant with my son my symptoms would come and go during my first trimester and my dr told me it’s because of the hormones leveling out then rising again over and over. Once I hit my second trimester all of my symptoms were gone.
