Period type cramps
So im 7 weeks and i keep getting these period like cramps but theyre worse, iy hurts to stand up and it goes into my hips. I had to go to the E.R 2 weeks ago and they saw a small bleed around where the baby is developing but im not spotting, i know cramping is normal im just freaked out
