What is happening to me?

I woke up this morning to light pink blood. Like enough to cover the toilet paper I was wiping with. I've NEVER had ovulation bleeding, and I stay regular on a 32 day cycle, what is this from?! I'm nervous.

Whether you've had it before or not - ovulation bleeding is what it appears to be. I'm 42 and had a regular 26-28 day cycle since I was 11....I've had ovulation bleeding to my knowledge 5 times.
You can never have had it before, you may never get it again - or you may have it sporadically...but it seems that's what it is
