Aside from the basics theres a few things I forgot or didnt know about last time. Like my comfy robe so I don't have to stay in that itchy grown the whole 2 days. My gridle that siad on the directions not to use until 7 days PP, well I put it on day 3 when I got home and it felt so damn good! Compression stockings not just socks because that swelling goes all the way up. After ease tincture, I didnt know about this product, but I will try anything to not have to be completely doped up and miss out on my babies first few hours and days. 😢 I'm sure I'm gonna add more but just wondering what you ladies that had a c section wished you had in the hospital?
