How much does BBT drop before AF?

How much does BBT drop if you're expecting aunt flow to arrive? Is it a dramatic drop like the rise is after ovulation? Or is it gradual? Or is it all about dipping below the cover line?

It could be all of those things. It could be none of those things. It's different for everyone and in each cycle.
Generally if temps are on a downward trend in the last 2 days of your luteal phase (either above or below cover), it most likely means af is on the way. Though I've had a month where my temp didnt start dropping until CD 2, so that can happen too.
