Can someone tell me what kind of a rash this is?

Its all over both sides and on her privates. She was recently on antibiotics for an infection in her nipple and it gave her a bad rash. We finished the antibiotics and her rash started going away but is now bumpy like this everywhere and is getting worse despite her poo being more normal again. We use max strength desitin on it every diaper change. I make sure she is fully dry before putting on desitin and a new diaper. Pic is of her thigh crease and one side of her privates.
