Urinating

So I’m 7 weeks and I know most pregnant women urinate very frequently but I don’t. And I’ve stared drinking a lot more fluids and before I was pregnant when I would drink this much I would pee every 2 mins but now I just don’t pee a lot? And sometimes when I do pee I have to push for it to come out?
