Could I get pregnant this time?

I have been bleeding for 10 days and so I went to the emergency room and I wasn't having a miscarriage or anything there was nothing wrong but then they put me on Provera and I'm spotting today so I should be done maybe tomorrow but do you guys think that Provera will help me get pregnant?

Provera helps bring on a period. Basically start a cycle. Not make you anymore fertile than you would be normally.

Provera is typically prescribed for one of 2 reasons. 1. To force the onset of a period. 2. To keep the uterine lining thin for a surgical procedure. 
I'm sure there are other reasons too, but provera on it's own doesnt help you conceive. It helps to bring on a period so that treatment can start for women who have irregular periods.
