Headaches
I keep getting headaches and I’m not sure why it’s like a tight dull ache around my head and folds down into my eyes and it makes my head feel so heavy and it’s so painful even ibrupofen and paracetamol don’t take the pain away. I have really tense shoulders and I’m stressed and anxious every day I don’t eat or sleep much any tips or advice at all? X
