Water fasting and egg health
Hey ladies ... I have had four failed IVFs . I have even resulted to TCM - accupuncture, Chinese herbs to bring make my eggs stronger . I am 35. Currently on my 6th day of water fast with a goal of 21 days .
Have any of you tried water fasting to improve fertility. Heard it works ..
