Discharge on nipples?

I just noticed a white, crusty discharge on both my nipples. They looked a little cracked too. I’m only 12weeks. What is this?? Anyone know?

I got a white discharge on my nipples today as well & last month. It looks dry but when i scrape it its soft & creamy. Im 22+3 today tho. Im thinking its just dry nipple skin but i dont know. I use shea butter to moisturize so i dont know how dry my skin can be 🤷‍♀️

I’m not at all pregnant but i get this whenever I lactate because of my tumor, so hopefully you’re just lactating early.
