So my husband and I have only been trying for a month. I got my nexplanon removed July 17th, and my Dr. told me that fertility returns almost immediately. Ever since the removal, my sex drive has returned to how it was before I got my BC. We've BD frequently, especially around when I was supposed to be ovulating. My period has always been regular, even between switching birth controls. Anyway, I'm technically 3 days before my missed period, and I'm so impatient so I decided to take a test. Negative. 🙃 I've had friends who have been trying for 6+ months and I just started and I feel like an ass for being so disappointed! Like of course it wouldn't happen the first month ...
