tampons not working????? SOS

Question

So I just started using a new brand of tampons “L.” I was super excited bc I loved what this company is doing for women who don’t have access to hygiene products, BUT I used one and it was great then I changed it and the tampon wouldn’t load??? lol so I thought it maybe could’ve just been that one..... 5 tampons later and none of them are coming out 
any ideas what’s going on or should I just take them back? help /:

Well don't waste them anyhow, just pull them out of the applicator and put them in. Not all tampons even come with applicators so it's not too bad if you like the product other than the applicators. 
Or try a cup! They are awesome!

They wont come out of the applicator? 
I use that brand. I have to pull the plunger part out and make sure its clicked. Sometimes it doesnt click right away.
