Does it matter if you shave/wax?

I’m so nervous about all the dr visits and I know I have to get over it but just curious.. do y’all shave/wax during whole pregnancy?

They don’t care. They specialize in looking at all kinds of vaginas. Hell they even have to look at diseased vaginas. I’m sure they don’t give a shit about how you do your vagina’s hair do. 😆

I work for an OBGYN and I promise you, they do NOT care and your grooming is the last thing they are worried about!! 
On a second note, I am almost 38 weeks and I keep up on shaving because it makes me feel good about myself that even though I can’t see it and can barely reach it, it’s more comfortable for me, i the having hair!!

You only need to take your pants off for the first two if theyre vaginal ultrasounds (you can ask your doctor) and then not again until around 36 when they start checking you. Everything else is just belly ultrasound or doppler and measuring.

I still wax! 35 weeks pregnant and it’s been great. At this point I can’t see my bag anyway so it’s nice to have someone else do the work 😂

I’ve been waxing exclusively for like 8 years now. That didn’t change the entirety of my pregnancy. In fact, the night I went into labor, I had a wax earlier in the day 😅. Shaving becomes impossible after a few months so if you want to be hairless (and I hate when women judge other women for their pube preferences, seriously?) then go for waxing! Less work for you to do 😊

Yes i shaved during my entire pregnany just because i hate bush period lol even if im pregnant or not..but my husband did the shaving

I shave about once a month now because I can't see anything and have to do it all by feel, plus I get overheated in the shower, pretty quickly. I do it for me, though. I know my doc couldn't care less. She sees 20 different vaginas a day, and I'm sure at least half are looking like a 70's full bush.

I think I’ve had two exams my whole pregnancy. The second of which I asked for because of some weird things happening. It’s a lot of appointments but they’re mostly checking urine and listening to the heartbeat and a couple of ultrasounds. Also they don’t care AT ALL if you’re shaved or not.
