Just asking your opinion

Tonight my mom and I went to meet John from Days of our lives. I ran into a friend of mine and her sister that ended up in line behind us to meet him the 1st time. Mom and I went to watch some of the baseball game (which is where we met him) and they announced that he would be signing autographs again. Mom and I stood in line for an hour and a half to get an autograph for my friend in Norway. Anyhow when we got to the front of the line my "friend" walked up and asked if she could get a picture with me and him. I waited in line all that time along with ALL of the other people and she just walks right up and asks for a picture. I was dumbfounded and thought that was extremely rude. Am I wrong?
