SMEP does it really work
This cycle me and my partner are trying he SMEP theory which hopefully we can stick to as he works a lot of hours so it’s hard for us to get baby dance times together
We are both in our 30’s
Has anyone used SMEP and it’s worked for them for conceiving?? Any other tips
I also started taking vitamins this month and I’m temping and using OPK’s
