High blood pressure

So I'm 22 weeks and 5 days pregnant, and at my previous doctors appointment my blood pressure was 150/106 and the doctor gave me methyldopa 500g to be taken 2 times a day. So far I haven't made any progress cause today I woke with hands, feet and my face all swollen up. Is there any one else suffering from the same thing
