Hair loss
I know hair loss is common after giving birth but I feel I'm losing a lot of hair. My son is nearly 4 months old and clumps of my hair comes out. It's so thin around the front now that it looks like I have bold patches. Has anyone else have this happen? Did you do anything to help it? Did it stop and grow back?
I've been trying to reduce my stress and caffeine, sleep more and started taking a multivitamin.
