Late period

My bf and I haven’t had sex in a month, but I blew him a week ish ago and he had cum on his stomach and I sat on him and now I’m 5 days late for my period!! I’m on the pill and have been for 4 months so shouldn’t my body have been regulated by now? Why don’t I have my period? Should I take a pregnancy test?
