Hsv virus

If I have had the oral hsv virus since I was young does that mean that while I was pregnant and had an out break that my child is immune to it outside of me?? My son is 2 months old and I can tell that I’m getting a cold sore because I got that tingly feeling I usually get. I’ve already started using my abreeva since I can tell I’m getting it. But I’m so scared that my son is gonna get sick because I have one. I know I won’t kiss him or anything but I’m just so scared
