Scared

Went and had a transvaginal and they said they seen the yolk sac, and fetal pole but no heart tones my primary doctor sent me to hospital for this to be sure, she said i was more than likely going to miscarry. I just had a miscarriage in July and I’m truly upset and worrying. My midwife said my hcg levels are prefect, that it’s probably to early to see the heart tones, had my levels rechecked 3 days ago and still no call. If something was wrong do you think they would’ve called by now?
