How do you *subtly* tell your SO that you're ready to be engaged anytime he's ready? In our past conversations I always said I wouldn't be ready for another few years, that I wanted to be in my late 20s before anything marriage related happened, etc but I know he's the one I want to marry and I feel ready. We've been living together for over a year now, together for about 2 years, and I just feel ready overall whenever he is, like if he's waiting on me to be ready that I am now. But idk how to tell him that without putting pressure on him or making it sound like I'm "begging" for a ring ?
