What is this on my daughters face and neck!
She also has this on her back and stomach she took a nap and woke up with this, she hasn’t been feeling good for the past couple days the only thing I’ve been giving her was Tylenol! I don’t know what this could be there like small little dots, she just wants to sleep all day her baby brother is the same way but he don’t have this on his little body just she does. Excuse her cranky face she is not having it today she’s tired and sick
