Simple changes that help?

Hi there,

I'm currently 2 months ppd with my first. I want to start some things to lose my baby weight. I'm 6 foot tall and pre pregnancy I weighed 155 lbs. At 40 weeks when I gave birth, I weight 219 lbs ( I was pretty much all belly lol) By 2 weeks ppd, I was already down to 188 lbs and I'm kinda stuck there. I'd like to at least got to 165 lbs. The weight is mainly at my thighs and butt. What are some tips and exercises that aren't too strenuous on the body. Something that I could do all the time that wouldn't tire me out, but would be beneficial. I have back problems and I'm wore out very easily to the point that I'm sick.
