Yup, you read that right 😂 FTM, figured I'd be seeing and doing a lot of things I never expected to. Didn't realize I'd do this! Haha

My son, Lucas (5 months old), has recently been weened off the boob and is solely drinking formula (due to not producing enough milk to keep up and his weight being too low). He was making some odd noises and when I looked, his face was tomato red. He was pushing real hard. I started moving around his legs and putting him in positions to help, but he still was pushing so much that I could tell he was in pain.

I waited a few minutes to see if he could do it. When he started making less noises, I figured I'd change him so he could have a clean diaper on a car ride (and he likes to poop while on car rides since it relaxes him).

When I opened the diaper, I see a fairly large turd in the diaper and one lodged in is bum... Instinct kicked in where I just wanted to help him not be in pain. So I grabbed a wipe, pulled on the turd slowly as he pushed. Then there was another one, did the same thing. They were huge!! This poor little boy just had freaking triplets out of his bum... He even had a little blood 😭 I felt so bad.

Any of you have similar experiences? Lucas is already on the gentle ease/sooth formulas (which we have supplemented with since he was born - only difference is that he's solely on formula now). How do you deal with constipation and super hard poops with your babies?
