Early Pregnancy Symptoms?

So, I took progesterone/letrozole due to the fact that I have PCOS and don’t ovulate on my own. I was mean as hell from all the hormones - oops - and now I’m having hella side effects and I’m not sure if it’s from the medicine or if they are pregnancy symptoms. I’ve still got 6 days until my “scheduled” period according to the app. Super horrible mood swings, I’m hungry all the time, lower back pain, hellacious cramps, headaches, incredibly sore breasts, really bad acne, my feet get sore really easy, and a snotty nose/cough. This will be my first pregnancy. I’m just shooting for some advice out there from people who have been there, done that. Thanks 🙂❤️
