Teething?

My son has been having signs of teething. Does it look like he could be? His gums look pretty normal to me...

They would be much more swollen, though possible  to have signs much before teeth come  in...but for us so far they get really red and thick lol and for the top the white seems much lower ...does he have the bottom ones yet? It will most likely be those first

You'll know when they are teething. As a FTM teething seriously is the worst... no sleep, crying, chewing on everything, swollen cheeks, excessive drooling. Ugh, I wish they'd all come in at the same time. I feel so bad for my little guy. I wish I could make the pain stop.
