Hi everyone

I’m currently just over 23 weeks and is it normal for baby movement to be quieter some days than others don’t get me wrong I can still feel him just some days he’s like he’s had a burst of energy and feels like he doesn’t rest and other days he’s just chilled out ?

Is it from 28 weeks you have to keep count of movement?
