I had pinchy pelvic cramps at 5/6 dpo and have been having waves of nausea, vivid dreams, mild cramping and headaches since. Did a test today at 10dpo and it’s BFN 😔 any chance of getting a positive in a few days? Currently Monday and my app says AF is due Friday

Are vivid dreams a symptom? Because oh my goodness I've been having the strangest most vivid dreams! As for the test, you're not out until AF shows. With my daughter, I didn't get my BFP until a week after. Lol
