Is it possible

Is it possible to be pregnant and have no hcgs I have read many stories that said they didn’t show in tests or blood tests but they just new they where pregnant. I mean I no the feeling because my lower abdomen keeps feeling like a tugging sensation which isn’t normal I am awaiting. Bloods but she doesn’t want to check them because the hormones changes all the time. I feel pregnant and stupidly I feel pregnant with twins and I don’t feel me I am peeing every hour it’s unreal. If any one else has had this please comment down below and tell ur story. Also put when u finally got ur positive x
