I can feel them if I’m like using the bathroom and it’s just uncomfortable for like a second and just feels odd but never painful for me

It can be, I pass pretty large clots and while it's not so much painful I can definitely feel them and they can sometimes cause me to pass out because if my anaemia

I can feel it (especially) if I am walking and it is weird, but it doesn’t hurt at all.
