My 7 month old hasnt pooped since saturday, but she was pushing really hard and was really fussy all day yesterday and now the same is happening so far today. I gave her prunes yesterday and 3 oz of water, and more water this morning. She'll be pushing so hard she's in pain and then ill check her diaper and theres a tiny hard little poo ball in there. Should i call her doctor or wait a couple more days? I tried giving her pear juice but she doesnt like it
