Miscarriage

I’m 8 weeks and I started bleeding this morning I went to the er and they told me my hcg levels aren’t moving up only 10% , he also said I may have a miscarriage I don’t even want to think of that possibility! He mentioned my ultrasound showed the baby wasn’t growing much or no change since my last one at 4 weeks.... Has this happened to anyone else please help
